When Cate's Mom turned on the television to put on Jonah's favorite PBS show, there was the view from the helicopter of JC in the car driving on the
freeway. "MAMA, Daddy's on TV!!!!" He yelled, wildly.
"Oh dear Lord." Cate's mother exclaimed. She called her son-in-law's cellphone. "You're not going to believe this, but I can see
you driving on the freeway! You're on CNN like OJ and the white Bronco."
He was speechless. "This world has gone insane." He muttered.
As the newscasters speculated as to what JC would have to tell the Detectives on the case, Cate and her Mom found excuses to get Jonah away from the
television. JC told them to "smash the set to pieces" if they had to, but they were more ingenious than that!
"Let's make brownies!" His Grandma said to Jonah, to Cate's relief.
